1. Quick installation
Steel beam type or fixed type can be selected. The main mixing system of steel beam type mixing plant only takes a few hours from unloading to installation, and the installation of other supporting facilities such as control room and batching station can be ready for production in only two to four days.
2. Reasonable design
Mixing platform, metering platform and lifting system platform fully guarantee the demand of inspection and maintenance equipment. When external protective layer is needed, enough daily working space can be provided.
3. Small area
hzs25 concrete batching plant uses winch to lift hopper for feeding. The special design of hopper and track can efficiently load and dump aggregate and greatly reduce the occupied area of site.

Aggregate batching system
Pld800 concrete batching machine is used in hzs25 concrete batching plant, which is composed of feeding mechanism, weighing system, electrical control system and other components. The feeding mechanism is arranged in the shape of "product", feeding by belt conveyor, weighing by lever and single sensor, accurate measurement.
JS500 double horizontal shaft forced mixer is used in the main mixing machine of 25 mixing station, which can mix fluidity, dryness, lightweight aggregate concrete and various types of mortar. The mixer has reasonable structure, good mixing quality, short mixing time, energy saving and low noise.
Electronic control system
The main features of the electronic control system are: stable operation and reliable performance; the core electrical components are world brand products such as Schneider company of France, with guaranteed quality.
Aggregate conveying system
The aggregate conveying system of hzs25 concrete batching plant adopts the way of lifting bucket feeding, which has the advantages of small occupation of site and saving land resources.
